Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 orange(s) (blood orange)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Orange – Lemon – Blood Orange

Cut the citrus fruit into segments (skinning individual fruit segments). Bring to a boil in a saucepan and puree. Bring back to a boil, then add the gelling sugar according to the instructions. Pour the mixture into jars while still hot, let it cool, and you’re done. Makes about 5-6 small jars.
