Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g almond(s), grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g paprika sausage, chorizo ​​(Spanish)
  • 100 g cheese, grated Gruyère
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Combine the flour and ground almonds in a bowl. Separate the eggs. Add the milk to the flour and mix well, then gradually stir in the egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold in. Cut the chorizo ​​into approximately 1 cm thick slices and place them in a buttered baking dish. Pour the clafoutis batter over the dough and sprinkle with Gruyère. Bake for approximately 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F).
