Classic carrot vegetables among each other

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 4 potatoes
  • ¼ small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 piece(s) butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots (you should have about the same amount of each). Peel and dice the onion and peel the garlic. Add everything to the pot and cover with water. Add the granulated stock and simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain the water to about a finger’s width from the bottom of the pot. Add the butter, mash it, and season as desired. Serve immediately.
