Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 20 g walnuts
- 20 g almonds
- 25 g coconut flakes
- 75 g oat flakes
- 1 pinch(s) of bourbon vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without flour
Chop the nuts finely and toast them in a pan. Mash the bananas with a fork. Mix everything together and divide the batter into small portions on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-25 minutes. Please note that baking times may vary depending on the oven.
