Instructions: Clean the blender properly
- Remove the jar from the stand of the blender and rinse all parts under warm water.
- Now add a drop of washing-up liquid to the blender and fill the container halfway with warm water.
- Place the jug back on the stand of the blender and switch on the device for a few seconds.
- Empty the container once the blender is clean again.
- If the dirt has already dried, you may have to help with a sponge or brush. A second pass and longer exposure can also help.
- Note: For safety reasons, you should never clean the knife with a sponge.
Thorough cleaning of the blender
If the blender is used more frequently, you can also carry out a more thorough cleaning every few months. To do this, use vinegar essence or citric acid:
- Depending on the size of the stand mixer, add a tablespoon or two of the remedy to the blender with warm water. Fill the vessel up to the allowed limit.
- Now turn on the blender for a few seconds. The solution is then left in the mixer for 10 to 20 minutes. Afterward, rinse the blender thoroughly and several times with warm water before using it again.
