Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (sponge cake)
- 1 sachet of drink powder (Clic Orange or Ce-frisch)
- ¾ liter of water
- 2 packets of pudding powder (vanilla)
- 2 apples
- ¼ liter whipped cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Boil the pudding mix with the water, stir in the drink mix. Wash the apples, coarsely grate them, and fold them in. Pour the mixture onto the cake base. Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Whip the cream until stiff. Decorate the cake with the chocolate sprinkles as desired.
