  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of drink powder, e.g. Quench
  • some sugar
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for unexpected visitors

Combine the cream, cream stiffener, drink powder, and sugar in a suitable container and beat until stiff. Then spread everything on the cake base. The cake is ready. If you like, you can decorate it with chocolate shavings. Since the drink powder comes in many flavors, you can vary it endlessly – we like raspberry the best.
