Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 sachet of drink powder (orange flavor)
  • 1 cake base

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Summer cake

Combine all the ingredients for the cream in a tall jug. Beat with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form (this takes about 3-5 minutes). Spread the mixture over the cake base and refrigerate for 1 hour.
