Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 bags of cream stiffener
- 3 bags of drink powder, only Click woodruff flavor 30 g each
- 1 bag/s cake glaze, white
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cake base
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Click was the drink powder from the delicatessen in GDR times
Whip the cream and sour cream with 3 packets of cream stiffener. Carefully combine everything with 2 sachets of effervescent powder. Refrigerate the mixture for about 5 minutes. Place the cake base on a cake plate and line the edge of the springform pan with it. Spread the mixture evenly over the cake base and then return it to the refrigerator. Prepare the glaze as directed, adding 1 sachet of effervescent powder to the sugar and glaze powder. Allow to cool slightly and then spread evenly over the cake. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
