Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 eggs, (M)
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 sachet of drink powder (Quick instant orange, lemon, or similar)
- 4 packs of cream stiffener

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
wonderfully refreshing cake
For the batter, combine the ingredients and pour into a greased 26 cm springform pan. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool. For the topping, beat the sweet and sour cream with the instant powder and cream stiffener until stiff. Place a cake ring around the batter and pour the mixture onto the cake. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
