  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 bowl of soup vegetables
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 5 tbsp mashed potato powder
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch parsley, fresh or frozen
  • some Maggi
  • some salt and pepper

Cut the soup vegetables, which should already consist of about 2-3 carrots, cauliflower, leeks, and a piece of celeriac, into small cubes and place them in a saucepan. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Now add the diced potatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sliced ​​salmon and season with the spices. Thicken the soup to the desired consistency with the mashed potato powder and add the parsley. The smoked salmon soup (maximum total cooking time: approximately 20 minutes) is ready.
