Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g butter, soft
- 300 g sugar
- 1 cup of coffee cream approx. 125 ml
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of vanilla extract
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 150 g butter,
- 50 g baking cocoa
- Rum aroma, some tropics
- some vanilla from the mill
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). For the base: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for a few minutes until smooth. Then pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet (30 x 40 cm) and smooth it out. For better distribution, you can also tap the bottom of the sheet a few times. For the clouds: Mix all ingredients well with your hands and spread them over the base. Place the cake in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
