- 2 parsley root(s), chopped
- ½ mandarin orange(s), cut into small pieces

Heat the coconut ghee in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion. Then add the diced root parsley and fry it briefly with the onion. Add a splash of water. Season everything with salt, pepper, and cumin to taste. Meanwhile, finely chop the mandarin orange and add it. Heat the dish until hot.
