Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 handfuls of flowers (clover flowers)
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the flowers with a little water for about 20 minutes. Strain, add 4 tablespoons of sugar to the brew, and reduce until the liquid becomes honey-like. This is a great way to make it with children. It tastes great in tea or yogurt.
