Club Sandwich Variation

The perfect club sandwich variation recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 disc Toast
  • 3 sheet Lettuce hearts
  • 4 disc Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Sandwich cream Thomy
  • 2 disc Turkey breast
  • 4 disc Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 piece Fried egg
  • 2 disc Raclette cheese
  • 5 Pc. Onion rings
  1. Toast the toast as you like (not too dark), then brush with the sandwich cream and ketchup. Place lettuce leaves on the underside. Fry the bacon until crispy. Brown the turkey breast as well. The best thing to do is to have the butcher cut 0.3 cm thick slices.
  2. When the turkey breast is almost done, place the cheese on top. Now alternately place cucumber, tomato, turkey breast, onion and bacon on top of the lettuce. Place the fried egg in the middle. Finish with the second slice of toast. Now cut once across the middle and enjoy.
