Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 200g mozzarella
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. tortilla(s) (wheat)
  • 250 g turkey breast fillet(s), cooked, sliced
  • 250 g cooked ham, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious wrap in the style of a club sandwich

Finely dice the mozzarella. Remove the stems and dice the tomatoes. Peel the onion and dice as finely as possible. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat until crispy, let it cool, and crumble it slightly. Mix the mayonnaise and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on one side of the wraps. Top each wrap with ham, turkey breast, mozzarella, tomatoes, and onions, then sprinkle with the toasted bacon. Roll up the wraps and serve. If you like, you can place the wraps in the oven for about 5 minutes after rolling them up to melt the cheese.
