  • 2 gherkins (if you like)
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • nutmeg

Melt butter in a pan, add sliced ​​potatoes, diced bacon, and ham. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add onion rings, tomato quarters, and cucumber slices. For the egg and quark sauce: Whisk together the eggs, cream, and quark, season with nutmeg to taste, pour over the potatoes, and let stand for 8 minutes. Do not stir.
