Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp citric acid or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ½ cup(s) tomato paste
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine soy milk, vinegar, and citric acid in a tall bowl. Gradually add the oil until the desired consistency is reached. Then stir in all other ingredients and season to taste.
