Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 130 g flour
- 130 g sugar
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 50 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 50 g nuts, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 ml carbonated mineral water

Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and oil with a hand mixer until fluffy. Sift the cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder and add to the egg-sugar mixture. Fold in the ground nuts and finally, briefly stir in the mineral water. Rinse a silicone loaf pan (24 cm long, 10 cm wide, 6 cm high) with water; do not grease it. Pour in the batter and bake uncovered for 2 minutes at 450 W and then for 3 1/2 minutes at 720 W. If desired, you can refine the cake with glaze. Tip: Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half several times, fill it with whipped cream, and put it back together. Finally, spread the remaining cream all around and garnish with chocolate shavings.
