Cocoa chocolate crescents

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 140 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 180 g flour, smooth, sieved
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g chocolate, melted
  • 200 ml apricot jam (marmalade) for filling

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 8 minutes

Very crumbly, with a chocolatey flavor. Makes about 60 pieces.

Cream the sugar, butter, and flavorings until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and egg yolks, then fold in the cocoa and flour. Transfer to a piping bag and pipe the croissants onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a star nozzle. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 8 minutes. Once cooled, combine with the jam and dip the tips in the chocolate.
