Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 200 g flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the batter into baking cups. The muffins can have different shapes depending on the amount of batter in the muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool slightly and enjoy warm, or let them cool completely.
