Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, real
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gradually mix all the dough ingredients together, spread the dough onto a greased baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes at 175°C. The baking sheet should be large and deep enough, as this is quite a large amount of dough. After baking, let it cool slightly, then cover with melted chocolate. Tip: Melt the chocolate in the residual heat of the oven!
