Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 piece(s) butter as needed, melted
  • 1 bag of desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the flour, sugar, buttermilk, baking powder, and eggs and spread them on a regular-sized baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the desiccated coconut evenly over the batter. Bake the cake for approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 150°C to 180°C. Once the cake is ready, brush melted butter over the hot cake as desired. It’s important that it’s still hot. Now it’s ready.
