Ingredients
- 250 ml Sweet cream
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 bag Coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 125 gr Butter
Instructions
- Mix the beaker of cream, flour, baking powder, eggs and a beaker of sugar for the dough with a mixer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter on it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Pre-bake the dough for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, let the butter melt in a saucepan. Add the coconut flakes, the remaining sugar and the milk and simmer briefly. Spread the coconut mixture on the pre-baked dough and bake for another 15 minutes.
- You can freeze the cake super. It tastes even better when pulled through!
