  • 2 Egg white
  • 140 g Icing sugar
  • 140 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  1. Beat the egg white over steam until stiff, adding the sifted icing sugar spoon by spoon.
  2. Then beat the mixture until cold, then fold in the desiccated coconut and the vinegar.
  3. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° with top and bottom heat for about 8-10 minutes.
