Ingredients

  • 2 Egg white
  • 140 g Icing sugar
  • 140 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg white over steam until stiff, adding the sifted icing sugar spoon by spoon.
  • Then beat the mixture until cold, then fold in the desiccated coconut and the vinegar.
  • Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° with top and bottom heat for about 8-10 minutes.
