Ingredients
makes approx. 50 pieces:
- 2 Egg white
- 140 g Icing sugar
- 140 g Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions
- Beat the egg white over steam until stiff, adding the sifted icing sugar spoon by spoon.
- Then beat the mixture until cold, then fold in the desiccated coconut and the vinegar.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt dots onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° with top and bottom heat for about 8-10 minutes.
