Coconut chocolate pretzels

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 225 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 15 g butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting
  • Fat, for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Grease the baking sheet. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg. Combine the flour and cocoa powder. Gradually incorporate the butter. Finally, knead with your hands. Chill for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into approximately 30 portions and roll each into approximately 10 cm long sausages, then shape them into pretzels. Place the pretzels on the baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes. Let cool. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler. Dip the pretzels halfway into the chocolate, place them on the baking sheet, and dust the unglazed side of the pretzels with powdered sugar.
