Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • 220 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Breakfast spread

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Pour the mixture into jars, seal tightly, and let cool. The cream goes perfectly with wheat rolls; it tastes like Bounty on bread.
