Coconut Cream with Oranges
The perfect coconut cream with oranges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 40 g Desiccated coconut
- 2 Oranges
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 1 tbsp Whole cane sugar
- Roast the desiccated coconut in a non-fat frying pan while stirring. Let cool on a plate.
- Peel the oranges generously with a sharp knife so that the white skin is also removed. Cut the fruit fillets from the separating skins, catching the juice that escapes.
- Mix the quark with the collected orange juice, the sugar and half of the desiccated coconut.
- Spread the quark cream on dessert bowls or glasses. Arrange the orange fillets on top and sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut.
