Coconut Cream with Oranges

The perfect coconut cream with oranges recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 g Desiccated coconut
  • 2 Oranges
  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 tbsp Whole cane sugar
  1. Roast the desiccated coconut in a non-fat frying pan while stirring. Let cool on a plate.
  1. Peel the oranges generously with a sharp knife so that the white skin is also removed. Cut the fruit fillets from the separating skins, catching the juice that escapes.
  1. Mix the quark with the collected orange juice, the sugar and half of the desiccated coconut.
  1. Spread the quark cream on dessert bowls or glasses. Arrange the orange fillets on top and sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut.
