Coconut Curd Cream

The perfect coconut curd cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Quark
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 1 piece Banana
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate sprinkle flakes
  1. Mix the quark and milk until smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar and desiccated coconut.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the coconut curd.
  3. Now peel the fruit, cut into small pieces and add to the quark.
  4. Decorate with honey and chocolate chips.
