Coconut Curd Cream
The perfect coconut curd cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark
- 1 shot Milk
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 1 piece Mango
- 1 piece Banana
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chocolate sprinkle flakes
- Mix the quark and milk until smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar and desiccated coconut.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the coconut curd.
- Now peel the fruit, cut into small pieces and add to the quark.
- Decorate with honey and chocolate chips.
