Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 80 g desiccated coconut
- 80 g sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry. Cut into 16-20 squares. Mix the desiccated coconut, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each puff pastry square. Fold diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges together firmly. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle another teaspoon of the coconut-sugar mixture onto each cone. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven, top/bottom heat: 200°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
