Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 90 g potato(s), mashed
  • 10 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • mixed grains

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise. Form the dough into 20 equal-sized balls and place them, for example, on a pizza pan. Brush the dough pieces with water and sprinkle with the seeds. Let the dough rise for another 20 minutes. Bake at 170°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Place a cup of water in the oven while baking.
