Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • n. B. Wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and tasty

Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat until stiff. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and desiccated coconut. Whisk until thickly combined. Place the wafers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and use two teaspoons to drop small balls of the mixture into the center of each wafer. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
