Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 65 g quark
  • 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 200 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

approx. 28 – 30 pieces

Beat the egg whites with the salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the quark, bitter almond oil, and desiccated coconut. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place small heaps of the mixture on it using two teaspoons. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
