Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 40 baking wafers
- 100 g dark chocolate

for 40 pieces
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually stir in the sugar. Stir in the vanilla sugar, salt, and desiccated coconut. Spread the macaroons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, place small heaps of the mixture onto the macaroons. Bake at 120 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 20 minutes, then let cool. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave (600 watts, 2 minutes). Dip the tips of the coconut macaroons into the melted chocolate and then let them dry.
