Ingredients for 50 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 200 g sugar, fine-grained
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Protein utilization
Beat egg whites until stiff, then beat in the sugar and vanilla sugar one tablespoon at a time. Sift the cocoa powder over the mixture, sprinkle with the desiccated coconut, and gently fold everything in. Drop small heaping spoonfuls onto a prepared baking sheet using 2 teaspoons. Bake at 120°C on the second rack from the bottom for 25 minutes.
