Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s) size L
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 50 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- some powdered sugar
- some butter
- 10 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Mix the oats with the natural yogurt and let it swell slightly. Then add the egg, brown sugar, butter, coconut flakes, and milk to the oat mixture and mix everything well. Combine the flour and baking powder and mix it into the batter. Grease two cups (about 200 ml) with butter and then divide the batter between both cups. Place the cups in the microwave for about 1 minute and 50 seconds at 800 W. Please let them cool slightly afterwards, as they will be very hot. Finally, you can decorate the mug cakes with a little powdered sugar, if desired. Perhaps with some coconut or fruit.
