Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 4 eggs, of which the egg whites
- 250 g sugar (preferably icing sugar)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- e.g. cinnamon
- n. B. cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form. Continue beating, slowly stirring in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the desiccated coconut and oatmeal with the egg white mixture. Place small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 140°C (electric oven) for approximately 30 minutes.
