Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream
- 25 g butter
- 200 g chocolate, white
- 125 g desiccated coconut
- 30 almonds
- 75 g desiccated coconut for rolling

very tasty, makes about 30 pieces
Heat the cream and butter in a pan and melt the chocolate. Then add the desiccated coconut and mix well. Chill the still-liquid mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then form the coconut mixture into balls and press an almond into the center of each. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut, place them in chocolate molds, and store in the refrigerator.
