Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g palm fat
- 70 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- 60 g milk powder (whole milk)
- n. B. Chocolate glaze of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pour the palm oil into a saucepan and melt over low heat, then remove from the heat. Stir in the sifted powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, and powdered milk. The mixture should be quite soft. Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture into each praline mold and refrigerate. Decorate with chocolate glaze, if desired.
