Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g raspberries (frozen)
- 200 ml coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 200 ml mineral water
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the frozen raspberries with powdered sugar and lemon juice and let them thaw slightly. Blend until smooth in a tall container. Take about 4 tablespoons of this puree and set aside. Blend the remaining puree with the coconut milk and mineral water and pour into glasses. For decoration, drizzle the remaining raspberry puree over the drink.
