Strawberry-Apricot Smoothie with Mint

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 100 g apricot(s)
  • 2 tbsp glucose
  • 12 mint leaves (more or less to taste)
  • 150 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries and apricots. Pit the apricots and chop them up along with the strawberries. Place the apricots in a blender along with the glucose, mint leaves, and yogurt and blend thoroughly. Divide the mixture between two glasses and serve!
