Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 400 ml vegetable stock
- 2 red chili peppers
- 2 chili peppers, green
- 2 limes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 5 kaffir lime leaves, fresh
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- n. B. Honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Finely slice the chilies, spring onions, and ginger. Halve the limes. Heat the broth and coconut milk in a saucepan. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Then juice the limes. If the soup is too spicy, you can add honey.
