Ingredients

  • 800 g Cod fillet fresh
  • Flour, salt, pepper, cooking oil
  • For the marinade:
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped dill
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic
  • 1 splash Lemon juice, salt, pepper to taste
  • For the potato salad:
  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 500 ml Hot vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp 8 herbs frozen
  • Salt, white pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Boil, peel and slice the potatoes. Dice the onions and add them. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil and add to the salad while hot. Add the mixture of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and herbs. Let it steep and season to taste. We love the classic version of the potato salad because we like it best.
  • Prepare the marinade for the fish and let it steep a little.
  • Cut the fillets into large pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then turn in flour and fry in a pan with hot oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Arrange the food and pour the marinade over the fish before eating.
  • Enjoy your meal.
