Pangasius Fillet with Potato Salad
The perfect pangasius fillet with potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Pc. Jacket potatoes
- 2 tbsp Zucchini relish http://www./rezept/278449/Zucchini-Relish.html
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Pc. Pangasius fillets
- 1 Pc. Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt pepper
- 1 Tomato
- Parsely
- Cut the peeled potatoes into slices, add zucchini relish (see recipe in my KB Zucchini Relish) and then only season with mayonnaise. If necessary, you can add a little meat salad or ham.
- Pangasius fillet (or other fish fillet) with the above. Season and bread the ingredients. Fry them with clarified butter for approx. 10 minutes on both sides until they are still juicy.
