Cod Gratin

The perfect cod gratin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 ml Cooking cream
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 600 g Cod fillet
  • 1 Small lemon
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Cut the spring onions into rings, set aside 2 tablespoons of the green rings, sauté the remaining rings briefly in the hot oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooking cream. Let it warm up briefly, season well and place in a baking dish.
  2. Rinse the fish, pat dry. Squeeze the lemon, drizzle the juice over the fish. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Turn the fish in it, place it on the vegetables and cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the green spring onion rings. Potatoes also taste good.
