Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g cod fillet(s)
- 6 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bunches of parsley
- Salt
- black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Combine the garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread half of the parsley mixture in a baking dish. Place the fish fillets on top and cover with the remaining mixture. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cover the baking dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and finish cooking for another 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
