Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 800 g cod fillet(s)
- 600 g tomatoes, from the package
- 400 g zucchini
- 40 g yogurt
- some basil
- oregano
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the zucchini and chop the fish. Bring the tomatoes to a boil in a saucepan and add the zucchini pieces. Let it reduce slightly, then add the chopped fish. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, while the pasta cooks. Stir in the yogurt and season.
