Crab salad with radishes and cucumbers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g crab meat
  • 0.33 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ onion(s)
  • Salad leaves as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and deseed the cucumber. Slice or grate the cucumber and radishes into thin sticks. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the dill. Combine the cucumber, radishes, shrimp, and dill. Make a spicy vinaigrette with the remaining ingredients and mix it with the other ingredients. Let it marinate. Serve the salad on a large plate on a bed of lettuce (green salad, Lolo Rosso, or similar). Serve with buttered brown bread or baguette.
