Cod Rustic
The perfect cod rustic recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Cod frozen, or fresh
- 1 medium-sized Onion
- 1 Garlic toe
- Pepper salt
- Marjoram, thyme
- Lime oil
- Aluminum foil
- Thaw the fish and drain well. Cut the onion into fine rings, coarsely chop the garlic.
- Take aluminum foil about the size of a baking sheet, double it up and fold over the edges. Half fish on it. Add the seasoning, onion and garlic, add lime oil and fold the whole thing into a packet (see photo).
- Preheat the oven to 180 °. Place the fish packets on the grill grate in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Open the package carefully (hot steam)!
- These packets can also be placed on the grill. I did without herb butter, tastes “of course” very tasty.
