Cod with Vegetables, Curry Rice and Delicious Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Handful Vegetables
  • 1 piece Cod fillet
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Curry
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • 100 ml White wine dry
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

  • My vegetables were a mix of celery, celeriac, yellow carrot, leek. Wash the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces. Roughly dice the vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables briefly. Pour wine over and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and curry.

  • Briefly fry rice with curry in a few drops of oil, pour water over it and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook al dente.

fish

  • Pour the cream into the vegetables and pickle the pieces of fish. Let it steep for 5 minutes on the lowest heat. Arrange the vegetables with the fish, add rice and serve.
