Cod with Vegetables, Curry Rice and Delicious Sauce
The perfect cod with vegetables, curry rice and delicious sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Handful Vegetables
- 1 piece Cod fillet
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 100 ml White wine dry
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil

- My vegetables were a mix of celery, celeriac, yellow carrot, leek. Wash the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces. Roughly dice the vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables briefly. Pour wine over and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and curry.
rice
- Briefly fry rice with curry in a few drops of oil, pour water over it and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Cook al dente.
fish
- Pour the cream into the vegetables and pickle the pieces of fish. Let it steep for 5 minutes on the lowest heat. Arrange the vegetables with the fish, add rice and serve.
